Tokunbo is a seasoned Human Resources Practitioner with vast experience in HR Strategy, Talent Management, Strategic Planning, and Employee Development. She has over nineteen (19) years of experience which cuts across the Non-Profit, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Management Consulting and Information Technology sectors.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Physiology from the University of Ibadan and a Masters in Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Lagos. Tokunbo is also a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria (CIPM), the Nigerian Institute of Management -NIM and the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development –NITAD. She is also certified with Society for Human Resource Management, USA and is a John Maxwell Certified Coach.
She is innovative, customer focused, strategic, commercially astute, a trainer/facilitator, coach, mentor and has deployed employee engagement initiatives to create a motivated and productive workforce that achieves business goals.
She has served as the Samuel Adeleye Agbede Scholarship Foundation’s Assistant Secretary since its inception and is currently on the board of the foundation also handling the role of Treasurer.
Tokunbo is passionate about transformation and brings her drive and experience to positively impact any organization she works with; leveraging on global standard resources that promote excellence.
She is the youngest daughter of the Foundation’s sponsor and is happily married to Dr Ayodele Ogunsanya.
She is currently the Accounting Officer of the Council.
