Venerable Dr. Ayorinde Agboola

Ayorinde Agboola is an Anglican priest in the Diocese of Akure, Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion with evangelical background. He attended Eyemote Comprehensive High School, Iyin-Ekiti and moved to the prestigious Christ School Ado-Ekiti (1977-83). He attended The Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti where he bagged National Diploma in Mining Engineering (1987).

For theological trainings, he attended Nigeria Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomosho and bagged B.Th (Second Class Upper Division) of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville Kentucky USA (1999); Liverpool Hope University and bagged the M.A. (Theology and Religious Studies) of the University of Liverpool (2005); Crowther Graduate Theological Seminary, Abeokuta in Affiliation to Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti where he bagged his PhD in Philosophy of Religion with specialization and research in African Theodicy (2016).

He is a called pastor, teacher, counselor, mentor and theologian. He teaches (part time) Philosophy and Theology courses at Archbishop Vining College of Theology Akure (in Affiliation with the University of Ibadan). Ayorinde is happily married to Bosede Oluwatomiwoju Agboola and blessed with four lovely and gifted children – Susan, Anne, Rhoda and Gideon.
